I took it once a few years ago with the result of INTJ. I took another personality test- or at least a self-evaluative version (not the complete), and it resulted in INTP (I think I was just barely over the line of J/P on that one). I'm not sure if I really agree with it or not. Can people's personalities really be classified into 16 groups? While I do generally hold the view that we are a lot more alike than different, I'm not sure classifying people into these groups can truly explain variations and the differences we do have. We aren't cylons. There aren't 16 different models of humans.
